Session 204

Wednesday, September 17, 2025  ~  2:45 - 3:45 p.m. (CDT)

1.2 CNEs

Through the Leadership Looking Glass

Description

In a world of constant change and increasing complexity, the most important person a leader must learn to lead is themselves. Inspired by the curious journey of Alice in Wonderland, this engaging session explores the power of mastering self-leadership, cultivating intentional growth, and strategically mapping a return on your growth. Participants will step "through the looking glass" to confront their internal narratives, identify their leadership potential, and take responsibility for their own development. Designed for emerging and established leaders alike, this session blends storytelling, practical tools, and reflection exercises to help leaders embrace the person in the mirror—and lead with authenticity, courage, and intention.

Target Audience

Built for those who see leadership not as a position, but as a chance to empower the next person forward.
