E-mail Privacy and Member Contact Information

KHCHA communicates with its membership primarily through emails. Members can always opt out of receiving e-mails or restrict the category of e-mails received. KHCHA does not sell its membership directory, nor does it sell membership lists. The KHCHA membership directory is available online to the public. Members may restrict what information is accessible to the public and other members through your Profile. 

Use of Your Personal Data

KHCHA may use your personal data for the following purposes: to provide and maintain your membership, to manage your online account, to contact you, to communicate with you regarding KHCHA activities, and for other purposes such as data analysis and usage trends to evaluate and improve our services.  

Registration and Order Forms

Registration and order forms on this site operate in a secure environment. Users provide contact information (i.e., name, email address, phone number, etc.). Customer information is used to process registrations and to contact the customer when necessary. Information supplied via online registration forms is used only by KHCHA, registered conference exhibitors and conference speakers. It is not sold or provided to outside vendors, direct mail concerns, e-mail list services, or any other outside source.

The KHCHA website contains links to other websites. KHCHA is not responsible for the privacy practices of outside websites. KHCHA also will not guarantee the accuracy of links in the event an outside website changes its links or moves its website.
