Stephanie Johnston, MBA President & Chief Executive Officer, Transcend Strategy Group, Toledo, OH                                                                           Stephanie leads Transcend’s team of advisors working with home-based care providers to increase referrals, reduce turnover and improve experiences. Stephanie writes and speaks extensively on strategic planning, innovation, continuous improvement and workforce development. Her personal experiences in caregiving led her to leave a Fortune 500 management career for the home-based care industry.  Stephanie serves on boards and committees for the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Ohio Health Care Association.
