Get on the Right Track with Hospice Productivity
Description
In the modern world of hospice care, we are doing more with less. The long-feared nursing shortage is here, and it feels like most other members of the interdisciplinary group are gone too. Reimbursement rates are flat, and inflation is high. In times like these, hospice organizations of all sizes are being forced to think about productivity. It may seem uncomfortable to talk about hospice and productivity but for hospice organizations to survive and thrive, this is the conversation that needs to happen. In this session, we will discuss hospice productivity, what it means, what it implies and how to leverage it to improve patient and employee satisfaction. We will also spend time discussing the practical application of hospice productivity models.
