The Great Plains Care at Home Network - Meet Katie!

Have you heard?  The Kansas Home Care & Hospice Association is launching the Great Plains Care at Home Network (GPCHN) and invites you to be part of this important new initiative.

GPCHN is launching in collaboration with the Ohio Community at Home Network (OCHN), a successful coalition of home health and home care agencies in Ohio. OCHN has strengthened payer relationships, improved operational performance, and provided meaningful support to its provider members.

The Great Plains Care at Home Network will create a structured framework for Kansas agencies to collaborate through shared information, contracting support, and operational alignment.
