PEPPER – this data is so vitally important for agencies to understand. This session will review the current PEPPER Targets following the 2024 release of the HH Update in July. This data is one of the main sources for selection of agencies to be targeted for medical review. Don’t be left confused, join us for detailed information on each target and how to analyze your own scores to help you decide where to focus your efforts.
Melinda A. Gaboury, COS-C, is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Healthcare Provider Solutions. With more than 30 years in home care, has over 22 years of executive speaking and educating experience, including extensive day-to-day interaction with home care and hospice professionals. She routinely conducts home care and hospice reimbursement workshops and speaks at state association meetings throughout the country. Melinda has extensive experience in Medicare Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) training, billing, collections, case-mix calculations, chart reviews, and due diligence. Medicare appeals (UPIC, RA, ADR, and TPE) with all the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) have become the forefront of Melinda’s current impact on the industry. She is currently serving as the Chair of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) Home Care and Hospice Financial Managers Association (HHFMA) Advisory Board and Work Group, Treasurer of the Home Care Association of Florida Board of Directors and serves on the Tennessee Association for Home Care Board. Melinda is also the author of the Home Health OASIS Guide to OASIS-E and Home Health Billing Answers 2024.

Registration fees per session for this series are as follows:
An additional registration fee will be charged for each additional non-member login. Participants are encouraged to log in at least 15 minutes before the program begins. Following the webinar, a link to the recording will be emailed to registrants. The recording will be available for two weeks following the date of the live presentation.
