Description

Dive into the depths of Hospice Quality with us! Join our webinar as we explore the fascinating history and updates of the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP), just like discovering hidden treasures in the ocean's depths.

But wait, there's more! We'll also uncover the latest developments in the Hospice Special Focus Program (SFP), like encountering rare aquatic creatures in uncharted waters.

And if that's not thrilling enough, get ready to explore future areas of focus in Hospice Quality, including the Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation (HOPE) tool, similar to setting sail towards new horizons.

So, grab your scuba gear and join us for an educational deep dive like no other! Whether you're a seasoned expert or just dipping your toes into the world of Hospice Quality, this webinar promises to make a splash.

Meet the Speakers

Chris Gallarneau is a Senior Education Consultant with more than 15 years of experience in the hospice industry in a variety of leadership roles. His areas of consulting expertise include hospice education, healthcare operations, healthcare sales and marketing, and leadership development. Prior to his arrival at MAC Legacy, Chris worked in the senior housing/long-term care industry and the correctional healthcare setting; however, he found his passion with the ministry of hospice and the professionals that deliver care at the end-of-life. In addition to working as a consultant to healthcare providers to improve the patient care model and increase employee satisfaction, Chris travels to attend and speak at healthcare and business conferences to gain new insights and inspire others. Chris currently serves as a Member of NHPCO’s Next Generation Leadership Council, and he is a CHAP and ACHC Certified Consultant.

Angela Huff, RN, is a Senior Managing Consultant with Forvis Mazars, LLP and provides consulting services to home care and hospice clients. With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, she has spent the last 20 years in executive leadership in home health, hospice operations, and software development in the post-acute space, including performing operations improvement assessments and compliance-focused reviews of home health and hospice documentation, including audits and appeals related to the OIG and program integrity contractors.
