Providers receive reports on a daily basis about fraud and abuse enforcement against providers/suppliers.  Federal and state enforcers are clearly “deadly” serious about enforcement. What are the key areas of concern for HHAs, hospices, HME suppliers and private duty agencies?  What concrete action can providers/suppliers take to help ensure that they will not be targeted by enforcers? What should providers do in light of the fact that federal law now requires all providers to have a Compliance Plan?
