Home Health therapists often struggle with skilled programming, denials of care programs, and compromised clinical outcomes. Nearly all Home Health Therapists believe their Star Rating scores don’t relate to their care quality, and rehab denials are a primary audit focus. In addition, the removal of rehab from the payment model will limit the access to patients in the future. This progressive webinar will help rehab therapists get on the Medicare path through CMS-required rehab documentation.
